1. NO RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns under normal circumstances.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Liking/disliking the product

Minor color variations due to lighting

Slight size perception differences

Delays in delivery

Personal preference issues

2. EXCHANGE POLICY (DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY)

Exchange is allowed only if the product is received damaged.

To qualify for exchange:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) is mandatory

The damage must be clearly visible in the video

The product must be unused and in original packaging

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

If the claim is approved:

We will arrange reverse pickup (if serviceable in your area)
OR

Customer may need to self-ship the product

Once we receive and inspect the damaged product:

A replacement will be shipped.

We do not provide refunds.

If the same product is out of stock, store credit or alternative exchange may be offered at our discretion.

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Exchange will not be applicable if:

Request is made after 24 hours of delivery

Product has been used or worn

Packaging is damaged or missing

Damage is not visible in unboxing video

Artificial wear and tear after usage
